DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).- Pemkot Cimahi mulai merambah sistem digitalisasi, hal itu merupakan kebutuhan di berbagai sektor pemerintahan, termasuk kearsipan.
Penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) menjadi salah satu amanat dari Presiden, karena dengan digitalisasi sistem arsip dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efiktivitas, dan kualitas sistem pemerintahan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pada masyarakat serta mewujudkan good governance.
Dinas Arsip Daerah (Disarda) Kota Cimahi secara resmi telah meluncurkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (Srikandi), di Aula Gedung Techno Park Kota Cimahi, Rabu (1/2/2023).
Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Kota Cimahi, Maria Fitriana yang hadir untuk meresmikan penggunaan aplikasi Srikandi mengakui dirinya merasa bangga, karena Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cimahi dapat menjadi contoh (Pilot Project) bagi Kabupaten/Kota lain di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam penerapan aplikasi Srikandi sebagai sarana dalam aktivitas surat menyurat secara digital.
Ia pun menjelaskan, penerapan SPBE di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cimahi telah sesuai dengan amanat Presiden dan merupakan bukti nyata serta komitmen pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat.
“Penerapan Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik dan Satu Data Indonesia merupakan suatu keharusan sebagai pondasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik” tegasnya.
Manfaat Kerasipan
Deputi Bidang Pembinaan Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI), Desi Pratiwi mengungkapkan, arsip merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam pembangunan, baik dalam pembangunan nasional ataupun daerah. Manfaat kearsipan dalam pembangunan nasional di antaranya dalam hal kebutuhan praktis administrasi dan manajemen, kebutuhan kesinambungan untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, serta dalam hal kebutuhan kemajuan kebudayaan.
Pengelolaan arsip daerah, lanjut Desi, dalam rangka manajemen kearsipan (records management) adalah merupakan suatu kontrol yang sistematis terhadap keseluruhan siklus hidup arsip dari tahap penciptaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan sampai dengan penyusutannya.
Hal ini dilakukan, jelas Desi, untuk menata, melindungi, mengamankan dan menyelamatkan arsip secara terprogram dari kesulitan penemuan kembali karena kekacauan penataan, kemungkinan kerusakan, kehilangan dan kemusnahan. Juga sebagai bukti penyelenggaraan kegiatan satuan kerja yang berfungsi sebagai bukti akuntabilitas, alat bukti hukum dan memori organisasi mendapatkan solusinya secara proporsional dan professional.
Dengan dilakukannya pengelolaan arsip secara digital maka kegiatan pemerintahan termasuk pelayanan publik dapat ditingkatkan,
“Peluncuran aplikasi SRIKANDI ini dapat menjadi suatu pedoman pengelolaan kearsipan yang efisien dan efektif dengan berbasis digital,” tutup Maria.
Turut hadir dalam peluncuran aplikasi SRIKANDI Kepala Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, Dr. Hening Widiatmoko, M.A, Ketua DPRD Kota Cimahi Achmad Zulkarnain, Anggota Komisi 1 DPRD Kota Cimahi Yulianawati, Kepala OPD dilingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cimahi. (Bagdja)
