Seblak sendiri merupakan makanan khas Jawa Barat yang cukup modern dan fleksibel karena bisa dikombinasikan dengan berbagai macam topping dan bahan makanan lainnya, termasuk mie instan. Jika ingin mencoba membuat seblak mie instan di rumah yang enak dan rasanya nendang, catat resepnya berikut ini yuk!
Bahan:
• 1 bungkus mie instan kuah (rasa bawang)
• 1 genggam kerupuk bawang
• 1 butir telur
• 3 buah bakso sapi/sosis
• air panas secukupnya
Bumbu halus:
• 1 cm kencur
• 1 siung bawang putih
• 2 siung bawang merah
• 5 buah cabai rawit (sesuai selera)
• 1/4 sdt merica bubuk (optional)
• minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Rendam kerupuk mentah dengan air panas hingga empuk, sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Kocok telur, lalu tuang ke dalam bumbu tumis, aduk rata hingga matang.
- Tuang air secukupnya, masak hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan mie instan beserta bumbunya. Masak hingga mendidih dan mie mulai empuk.
- Masukkan kerupuk rendam dan bakso sapi. Aaduk dan masak hingga semua bahan matang. Tes rasa, jika sudah pas, angkat.
Nikmati seblak mie instan dengan kuah pedas yang menggugah selera. (RA)
