Panaskan kembali 3 liter air dan tuang sapi, masak hingga mendidih.<\/li><li>Kecilkan api, teruskan memasak hingga kaldu pekat kurang lebih selama satu jam. Tambahkan bawang putih, garam, dan merica bubuk. Masak dengan api kecil hingga meresap<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cara&nbsp;memasak&nbsp;bakso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Satukan bahan bakso dan giling menjadi satu hingga halus, lalu ambil adonan (sesuai selera) bungkus ikan&nbsp;dengan adonan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rebus bakso ikan&nbsp;ke dalam air mendidih hingga matang, angkat, dan tiriskan. Letakkan mie kuning ke dalam mangkuk, masukkan baso lobster.
