Harga jajanan ini murah, sehingga digemari anak-anak.<br><br>Yuk, coba buat kue ape sendiri di rumah. Gunakan wajan cekung berukuran kecil untuk membuat kue ape.<br><br><strong><strong>Resep kue ape<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bahan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 gram tepung beras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 sendok teh baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 sendok teh garam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">175 gram gula pasir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">400 ml air<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25 ml air daun suji dari 25 lembar daun suji dan 2 lembar daun pandan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 tetes pasta pandan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-data443-irp-shortcode irp-shortcode\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cara membuat kue ape<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Campur tepung beras, tepung terigu, baking powder, dan garam. Aduk rata. Masukkan gula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Tambahkan setengah bagian air sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni rata 15 menit. Baca juga: Resep Kue Balok Cokelat, Sekali Bikin Dapat Banyak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Masukkan sisa air dan air daun suji sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok perlahan sampai menyatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Diamkan 1 jam sampai adonan mengembang dua kali lipat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Panaskan wajan kue ape di atas api besar sambil dioles dengan sedikit minyak. Tuang adonan. Tekan bagian tengahnya hingga sisinya berkulit. Tutup.
