DEPOSTJABAR.COM (MAJALENGKA).- Diakhir masa jabatannya sebagai Bupati Kabupaten Majalengka, H Karna Sobahi kembali menggelar mutasi besar-besaran bagi aparatur sipil negara. Kali ini Sebanyak 129 pejabat dari eselon II, III, dan IV mendapatkan rotasi, Jumat (05/05/2023), di Gedung Yudha Abdi Negara Pemkab Majalengka.

Mutasi kali ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penggantian pejabat yang telah purnabakti, namun juga memberikan kesempatan bagi para pejabat untuk menduduki jabatan strategis. Banyak pejabat baru yang dipromosikan untuk mengisi jabatan tersebut.

Salah satunya yang mendapatkan promosi dalam mutasi ini adalah H Sidharta, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai staf ahli bupati Majalengka. Ia kini dipercaya untuk mengisi jabatan Kepala Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahaan.

Mutasi ini diadakan sebagai bagian dari rangkaian pemberhentian dan pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam jabatan tinggi pratama, jabatan administrator, dan jabatan pengawas di lingkungan Pemkab Majalengka.

Rotasi jabatan ini juga untuk meningkatkan kinerja birokrasi di wilayah Majalengka, serta memberikan kesempatan yang adil bagi para pegawai untuk berkembang dan memajukan karirnya di masa depan.

Bupati Karna menegaskan, mutasi atau rotasi jabatan ini merupakan langkah strategis untuk menciptakan sinergi antar instansi dan memperkuat kinerja birokrasi di wilayahnya.

Dia berharap, mutasi ini dapat memberikan manfaat positif bagi masyarakat, terutama dalam hal pelayanan publik.

“Mutasi dilakukan dengan transparan dan objektif. Para pejabat yang dipindahkan atau dipromosikan telah melalui penilaian kinerja yang ketat dan evaluasi kompetensi yang memadai,”kata Karna dalam sambutannya.

Melalui mutasi ini, lanjut dia, diharapkan para pejabat yang baru dapat segera beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja dan tugas-tugas barunya, serta dapat bekerja sama dengan para kolega di instansi lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama.

Di sisi lain, para pejabat yang meninggalkan jabatannya juga diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan dan transfer ilmu yang dibutuhkan kepada pejabat baru yang akan menggantikannya.
