DEPOSTJABAR.COM (KOTA BEKASI),- Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil mengapresiasi Kampung Adat Kranggan yang masih lestari mempertahankan tradisi walaupun berada di kawasan metropilitan. Bahkan di kampung adat yang berada di Kecamatan Jatisampurna, Kota Bekasi ini terdapat lima rumah adat yang masih bertahan secara turun temurun.

Ridwan Kamil pun berkesempatan bertemu dengan para tokoh kampung Kranggan sekaligus membuka gelaran Riksa Budaya Jawa Barat yang menampilkan ragam seni khas budaya Sunda dan Betawi.

“Saya bangga kampung Kranggan berhasil melestarikan budaya di tengah modernisasi, sudah sembilan generasi,” ujar Ridwan Kamil, Selasa (25/10/2022).

Kampung Kranggan diperkirakan mulai dibangun sekitar abad 15 Masehi. Abah Olot, selaku pemuka kampung  merupakan keturunan yang kesembilan dari pendiri desa. Diyakini leluhur warga Kampung Adat Kranggan adalah keturunan Prabu Siliwangi Raja Pajajaran yang mengungsi ke wilayah Bogor, Bekasi, Cirebon dan Banten. Selain cagar budaya, di sekitar lokasi juga terdapat tempat ziarah yang sering dikunjungi sehingga membantu perekonomian masyarakat.

Kang Emil sapaan akrab Ridwan Kamil mengatakan, Pemda Provinsi Jabar mendukung penuh pelestarian Kampung Adat Kranggan. Salah satunya berencana akan membuat museum budaya Kranggan.

“Kami akan dukung terus salah satunya kita ikhtiarkan membangun musuem budaya Kampung Kranggan dan menjadi sebuah warna kebudayaan di Jawa Barat,” sebut Ridwan Kamil.

Arsitektur museum tersebut akan dirancang sendiri oleh Ridwan Kamil yang berlatar belakang arsitek. Ia meminta warga mencarikan lokasi yang tepat untuk pembangunan museum.
