DEPOSTJABAR.COM (BANDUNG).- Menjaring aspirasi warga, Kecamatan Cicendo menggelar Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan (Musrenbang) untuk menyusun Rencana Kerja Perangkat Daerah (RKPD) Tahun 2024 Tingkat Kecamatan Cicendo, di Arion Suites Hotel, Kamis 2 Februari 2023.
Acara ini dihadiri oleh Walikota Bandung, Yana Mulyana. Pada kesempatan itu, Yana mengatakan, setiap usulan sudah memiliki pilihan menu masing-masing. Di antaranya infrastruktur, ekonomi, sosial hingga budaya.
“Tahun lalu kita perbaiki, kita sepakati dulu pagu anggaran. Sehingga masyarakat tinggal memilih yang akan diusulkan,” katanya.
Yana berharap, partisipasi masyarakat saat ini bisa terealisasikan. Sehingga pembangunan yang direncanakan bisa menjadi hasil dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat.
“Partisipasi masyarakat betul-betul terealisasi. Supaya warga turut berpartisipasi membangun kotanya. Dengan pagu anggaran dan jenis kebutuhan proyeknya yang sudah ditentukan. Sehingga warga lebih tahu. Intinya prinsip keadilan,” tutur Yana.
Pagu Anggaran Rp 7,3 Miliar
Sementara itu, Camat Cicendo, Bira Gumbira menerangkan, musrenbang dimulai dari rembug warga di setiap RW sejak 9 Januari 2023 lalu. Di wilayah Cicendo ada 56 RW.
“Kemudian dilanjutkan di tingkat kelurahan, 19-21 Januari 2023. Hasil usulan warga itu sudah dirumuskan tingkat kelurahan kembali pra musrenbang tingkat kecamatan. Hari ini Musrenbang Kecamatan Cicendo,” bebernya.
Perlu diketahui, Kecamatan Cicendo mendapatkan pagu anggaran sebesar Rp7,3 miliar.
“Kita mendapatkan pagu anggaran Rp 7,3 miliar. Ini merupakan pagu anggaran dari Pemkot Bandung untuk dimanfaatkan oleh warga yang diusulkan melalui Musrenbang. Ada sebanyak 181 usulan,” terangnya.
Dari hasil 181 usulan tertuang kepada 6 kelurahan yang masing-masing memiliki kebutuhan yang berbeda. Seperti infrastruktur, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya.
“Setiap wilayah memiliki potensi kebutuhan yang berbeda. Seperti meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, maka dibutuhkan penguatan untuk menopang tingkat ekonomi,” ujarnya.
Ia pun menambahkan, Kecamatan Cicendo akan terus mengupayakan Buruan SAE dan penurunan angka stunting. “Stunting terus menurun. Dengan kesadaran masyarkat kualitas hidup lebih sehat. Pada tahun 2020 terdapat 270 kasus, tahun 2021 terdapat 149 kasus dan tahun 2022 terdapat 122 kasus,” tuturnya. (RK)
