DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).- Seleksi Paskibraka Kota Cimahi tahun 2023 sudah mulai digelar. Seleksi dimaknai selain untuk memilih pemuda-pemudi yang akan menjadi petugas pengibar bendera pusaka pada peringatan HUT RI tahun 2023, juga menjadi momen meningkatkan integritas pemuda dengan ikut terlibat dalam pembangunan Kota Cimahi.

PJ. Walikota Cimahi,  Dikdik S. Nugrahawan membuka kegiatan seleksi paskibraka Kota Cimahi Tahun 2023, di Lapangan Apel Kompleks Pemkot Cimahi Jalan Raden Demang Hardjakusumah Kota Cimahi.

Peserta seleksi Paskibraka Kota Cimahi 2023 merupakan para pelajar tingkat SMA/SMK baik sekolah Negeri maupun Swasta yang ada di wilayah Kota Cimahi.

Dari 150 peserta yang mengikuti seleksi, terpilih 75 orang yang akan melanjutkan ke tahap seleksi berikutnya.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut,  Dikdik menyampaikan, proses seleksi paskibraka dilaksanakan secara obyektif dan transfaran yang didasarkan pada integritas, kualitas, kapasitas dan kapabilitas personal calon anggota paskibraka.

“Anggota paskibraka adalah pemuda-pemudi terpilih, jadi kalian harus menunjukkan kemampuan terbaik karena kalian adalah ujung tombak dalam membangun persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa,” ujarnya.

la juga berpesan kepada calon Paskibraka agar mempersiapkan diri baik mental maupun fisik dengan tetap menjaga kesehatan. Menurut Dikdik, kegiatan paskibra termasuk salah satu  aktifitas positif sebagai wadah mengembangkan diri bagi remaja untuk menempa fisik mental dan disiplin, dan berorganisasi.

 “Dengan kemampuan mereka, maka akan ikut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan di Kota Cimahi,” ungkapnya.

Pihaknya merasa bangga dengan antusias para siswa dalam mengikuti seleksi Paskibra.

“Menjadi wujud kecintaan terhadap Kota Cimahi. Sekaligus menumbuhkan wawasan kebangsaan serta kecintaan terhadap NKRI,” tuturnya.

Sebab tujuan seleksi bukan hanya mencari anggota pengibar bendera merah putih yang sempurna saja. “Jadilah pemuda kreatif, berprestasi dan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan. Lebih dari itu, anggota Paskibraka juga bisa mengangkat nama baik Kota Cimahi,” tandasnya. (Bagdja)
