DEPOSTJABAR.COM (BANDUNG).- Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung terus membenahi lokasi pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di basemen alun-alun Bandung dan Jalan Sumatera. Rencananya penataan ini mulai digarap awal tahun 2023 dan ditargetkan selesai sebelum Ramadan.
Walikota Bandung, Yana Mulyana menyampaikan, jika penataan bisa selesai sebelum momentum Ramadan, maka peningkatan omzet para PKL diharapkan akan semakin meningkat.
“Kalau bisa selesai sebelum puasa, tentu akan sangat terasa buat para pedagang. Kemungkinan dengan penataan ini bisa menunjang peningkatan omzet. Mereka juga akan senang,” ujar Yana saat rapat di Balai Kota Bandung.
Ia berpesan agar aksesibilitas pengunjung lebih dipermudah terutama di basemen alun-alun.
“Memang ada kekhawatiran soal infrastruktur penunjang di basemen alun-alun, tapi itu akan kita benahi bersama seperti sirkulasi udara, listrik yang akan dipasang meteran sendiri agar pedagang tidak mengambil aliran listrik dari masjid, dan saluran pembuangan,” jelasnya.
Maka dari itu, Yana mengimbau agar penataan di Jalan Sumatera bisa didahulukan sembari melengkapi infrastruktur penunjang lainnya.
Tak hanya itu, Yana juga menyampaikan, dalam waktu dekat, Masjid Raya Alun-alun ini akan menjadi Masjid Raya milik Kota Bandung.
“Karena Jabar sudah punya Al Jabbar dan kami pun sudah mengajukan ke Pak Gubernur agar Masjid Raya kembali lagi ke Pemkot Bandung,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Perwakilan PT. Mayora, Sumanta menyambut baik kerja sama yang dilakukan bersama Pemkot Bandung.
“Setelah pertemuan ini, kami akan segera jalankan penataan di awal tahun depan. Target kami sebelum bulan puasa sudah selesai. Agar saat Ramadan nanti sudah bisa digunakan para PKL,” jelas Sumanta.
Tak hanya menata lokasi PKL, pihaknya pun akan menyediakan sarana pendukung seperti apar dan grease trap untuk penyaringan lemak dari hasil kuliner.
“Pemasangan grease trap juga sudah kita pikirkan. Ini berguna untuk menyaring minyak serta sampah padat supaya tidak mengalir masuk ke saluran pembuangan. Sehingga mencegah terjadinya penyumbatan pipa saluran dan pencemaran lingkungan,” paparnya.
Sedangkan di Jalan Sumatera, pihaknya akan memperbaiki saluran air agar bisa mengalir lebih lancar. “Kita juga akan menempatkan toilet portabel,” imbuhnya.
Sedangkan Kepala Dinas Cipta Karya, Bina Konstruksi dan Tata Ruang (Ciptabintar) Kota Bandung, Bambang Suhari menuturkan beberapa fokus penataan basemen alun-alun di antaranya penerangan, sirkulasi udara, suasana parkiran yang tersembunyi dan tidak terawat.
“Sedangkan untuk yang di Jalan Sumatera, area yang akan ditata panjangnya mencapai 100 meter. Jumlah PKL eksis sebanyak 18 tenant dengan jenis kuliner,” sebut Bambang.
Konsep desain penataannya dibagi menjadi tiga blok. Blok 3 TPA berukuran 2,7×19 meter untuk lima tenant. Blok 2 TPA berukuran 2,7×19 meter untuk lima tenant. Lalu, Blok 1 LM berukuran 2,7×29 meter ada delapan tenant.
“Kita juga menyediakan tower air. Lalu ada tulisan Foodstreet Jalan Sumatera, ini sebagai indentitasnya,” tuturnya.
Di sisi lain, Linda, salah satu perwakilan forum PKL menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada Pemkot Bandung yang terus berusaha untuk menata PKL agar bisa memiliki tempat berjualan yang lebih nyaman. “Terima kasih sudah memanusiakan kami sebagai orang kecil. PKL seperti kami kadang tidak mendapatkan perhatian dari orang lain. Terima kasih juga Mayora sudah memberikan bantuan kepada kami,” ungkap Linda. (ali)
