DEPOSTJABAR,- Onigiri, nasi kepal khas Jepang ini sudah tersohor kelezatannya. Berbentuk segitiga atau sedikit bulat, onigiri sangat cocok dijadikan bekal karena praktis. Bisa dibilang, popularitas onigiri di negerinya sendiri setara seperti sandwich di Amerika. Cara membuat onigiri memang tak butuh banyak langkah dan cocok untuk makan siang cepat namun berisi.

Inilah resep makanan nasi kepal khas jepang yang bisa kamu coba dirumah.

Bahan:

Beras – 300 gram
Beras ketan – 75 gram
Air – 500 ml
Garam – 1/2 sdt
Nori kecil siap makan – 10 lembar
Bon cabe – 1 sdm
Kaldu jamur – 1/4 sdt

Bahan Isian Tuna Mayo:

Tuna, tiriskan airnya – 1/2 kaleng
Bawang putih, cincang – 1 siung
Bawang bombay, cincang – 1/2 butir
Merica – 1/8 sdt
Mayonaise – 2 sdm
Minyak, untuk menumis – secukupnya
