Bupati Garut Cek Langsung Keadaan Masyarakat Pasca Gempa Bumi, Ini Hasilnya

DEPOSTJABAR.COM (GARUT).-Pasca gempa bumi yang terjadi di Kabupaten Garut, Sabtu 3 Desember 2022 lalu, Bupati Garut, Rudy Gunawan didampingi Camat Talegong, Muhammad Badar Hamid dan Plt. Asisten 1 Bidang Pemkesra,Ganda Permana, beserta jajaran lainnya mengecek secara langsung keadaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Talegong, Minggu (4/12/2022).

Rudy menegaskan, pasca terjadinya gempa dengan kekuatan 6,4 skala richter di Kabupaten Garut, tidak ditemukan korban jiwa maupun rumah yang rusak berat akibat gempa bumi.

“Kami bersama kepala desa hari ini beserta Pak Kapolsek, dari Koramil dan Ibu kepala Puskesmas, serta Pak Camat meyakinkan bahwa di Kecamatan Talegong alhamdulillah tidak ada korban jiwa, tidak ada rumah yang rusak, yang retak-retak pasti akan ada,” ucap Bupati Garut.

Rudy menambahkan, terkait kerusakan luar biasa pasca gempa di Kabupaten Garut khususnya di Kecamatan Talegong dipastikan tidak ada dan merupakan berita hoaks.

Ia mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tidak memercayai berita hoaks yang beredar, khususnya terkait bencana gempa bumi yang baru saja terjadi.

“Tentu saya berharap semua waspada, hati-hati dengan hujan besar, karena kemarin terjadi gempa di Talegong ini terjadi hujan besar dan kepanikan luar biasa,” ungkapnya.

Terakhir, Bupati Garut mengungkapkan, saat ini Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkompinda) Kabupaten Garut dan para kepala dinas di Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Garut tengah mengontrol ke 42 kecamatan di Kabupaten Garut untuk memastikan keadaan masyarakat Garut pasca bencana gempa bumi kemarin.

Seperti diketahui,Bupati Garut, Rudy Gunawan, telah memerintah Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di Lingkungan Pemkab Garut, untuk melakukan monitoring terkait dampak terjadinya gempa bumi ke 42 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Garut.

Bahkan, dalam Surat Perintah Bupati Garut Nomor: KP.11.01 /4979 /TAPEM, juga menginstruksikan setiap SKPD yang melakukan monitoring untuk menyampaikan hasil laporan tinjauannya ke call center Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Garut yakni di nomor 085220611117,” tandasnya.(Alni).
