DEPOSTJABAR.COM (TASIKMALAYA).- Satreskrim Polresta Tasikmalaya menggelar rekonstruksi malam hari, tewasnya seorang pemuda yang dilempari batu oleh sekelompok orang, di Jalan Ibrahim Adjie, Senin (10/4/2023) malam.
“Karena itu jalan protokol, jadi tidak mungkin rekonstruksi dilaksanakan pada siang hari, dan kami juga mencegah terjadi hal-hal tidak dinginkan, jadi kami menggelar rekonstruksi ini malam, karena malam jalan protokol agak kurang dilalui,” jelas Kasat Reskrim Polresta Tasikmalaya, AKP Agung Tri Poerbowo.
Rekontruksi digelar pada malam sekitar pukul 21.00 WIB dengan menghadirkan 9 tersangka, satu persatu adegan diperlihatkan.
Rekonstruksi pertama dimulai dari perjalanan korban yang dibonceng temannya menggunakan sepeda motor berknalpot bising melaju dari arah Indihiang menuju Simpang 3 Jati.
“Saat melintasi tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) korban dilempari batu oleh sekelompok pemuda yang sedang nongkrong karena diduga geng motor dan korban meninggal dunia,” ujar Kapolsek Indihiang, AKP H Iwan
Menurut Kapolsek, gelar rekonstruksi juga melibatkan dari Sat Reskrim Polresta Tasikmalaya yang dipimpin langsung Kasat Reskrim Polresta Tasikmalaya, AKP Agung Tri Poerbowo.
Kata dia, adegan tersebut, sedikitnya ada 12 adegan yang ditunjukan oleh para tersangka kepada korban.
Sementara itu salah satu warga Indihiang, Usep (46) menyampaikan merasa kaget dikira ada kecelakaan lalu lintas, karena lokasi tersebut dikerumuni warga yang ingin melihat kejadian tersebut.
“Terus terang saja pak, saya merasa kaget, karena tak biasanya kepolisian melakukan rekonstruksi pada malam hari dan biasanya juga digelar pada siang hari,” ucapnya. (M.Kris)
