Dikdik Ingatkan 45 Nakes Penerima SK PPPK yang Baru Jangan Melayani Masyarakat dengan Ketus

DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).- Penjabat (PJ) Walikota Cimahi Dikdik Suratno Nugrahawan  menyerahkan  Surat Keputusan (SK) kepada 45 orang) Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) jabatan fungsional tenaga kesehatan (Nakes),  di Aula gedung D Lantai 4 RSUD Cibabat,Jl.Jendral H. Machmud Cimahi, Jumat ( 26/05/2023 ).    

Penyerahan SK PPPK tersebut dihadiri pula Plt Seketaris Daerah ( Sekda ) Kota Cimahi Maria Fitriana, Asisten Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, Budi Raharja, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cimahi, dr. Mulyati, Kepala Dinas BKD, Lilik Setyaningsih.

Menurut Dikdik, untuk menjadi PPPK ini, merupakan suatu kesempatan untuk jadi bagian dari Pemerintahan Daerah Kota Cimahi adalah kesempatan yang tidak mudah.

“Banyak orang mencoba tapi yang terseleksi hanya beberapa orang saja, karena di dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya sudah pasti akan berhadapan dengan masyarakat secara langsung,” ujar Dikdik.

Harapan Dikdik, mudah-mudahan akan menjadi kebanggaan selaku PPPK sudah menjadi sistem pelayanan Daerah Kota Cimahi,

“Berikan yang terbaik apa yang menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing, saat ini dituntut untuk menampilkan performance yang prima,” katanya.

Mungkin ini tidak mudah, lanjut Dikdik kembali, yang berkaitan dengan profesi sebagai PPPK pada tenaga kesehatan, dalam memberikan pelayanan tanggung jawab profesi  masing-masing harus bisa memberikan kepuasan dengan permasalahan setiap orang yang datang kepada kita.

Karena PPPK tenaga kesehatan, akan berurusan langsung dengan masyarakat, tidak hanya sekedar kepiawaian  dalam menjalankan tugas profesi, tapi bagaimana cara menerima atau melayaninya.

Dikdik juga mengharapkan kembali kepada yang telah menerima SK PPPK untuk tenaga kesehatan, jangan sampai dalam penerimaan masyarakat, memperlihatkan dengan wajah yang ketus, tidak bersahabat.

“Jangan sampai menerima orang sakit dianggap sebagai orang yang bermasalah, berikan mereka dengan wajah senyuman, ramah tamah, yang menenangkan bagi si pasien, senyuman juga itu ibadah,” tegas Dikdik.

“Kalau kita sadari ketika ada orang sakit meminta bantuan, seharusnya itu bukan sekedar tanggung jawab profesi atau tugas negara, namun harus kita syukuri sebagai menambah amal kita yang baik,” imbuhnya.

Kedepannya, sambung Dikdik, pihaknya jangan sampai mendengar adanya pengaduan masyarakat, dalam pelayanan di puskesmas atau di Rumah Sakit, ada pegawai yang tidak sopan, dan harus jalani program yang namanya 5 S.

Diakui oleh Dikdik, bahwa pemberian atau pengangkatan Sk sebagai PPPK, khususnya untuk para tenaga kesehatan.

“Saat ini yang mendapatkan SK PPP3K tenaga kesehatan ada 45 orang yang terbagi menjadi dua SKPD, untuk di RSUD Cibabat dan di Dinas kesehatan kota Cimahi. Mudah-mudahan kedepannya akan ada lagi penambahan SK PPPK, kerena ini menjadi program atau kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat, dimasa yang akan datang, kita juga akan melakukan Rekrutmen untuk tenaga kesehatan,” tandasnya.

Mudah-mudahan, kata Dikdik, dengan adanya PPPK memenuhi harapan dari masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas dan di Rumah Sakit. (Bagdja)
