DEPOSJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).-Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Cimahi, menggelar sosialisasi masalah Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB), yang sudah diubah menjadi Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG), di Hotel Endah Parahyangan Jalan Jendral Amir Machmud, Rabu (7/12/2022).

Acara tersebut dibuka Penjabat (PJ) Walikota Cimahi, Dikdik Suratno Nugrahawan, didampingi Kepala Dinas PUPR, Metty Mustika, dan Kepala Seksi Wilayah II PUPR Provinsi Jawa Barat, Ardian Danisswara serta dihadiri Camat se Kota Cimahi, Lurah se Kota Cimahi, tokoh masyarakat, pengusaha, dan forum masyarakat se Kota Cimahi.

Dikdik dalam sambutannya terkait masalah PBG berdasarkan PP 16 Tahun 2021, yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat, pihaknya mengharapkan sosialisasi ini dapat diterima oleh kalangan masyarakat Kota Cimahi.

Bahkan Dikdik tahu dalam pengurusan PBG kadangkala ada yang lama, dan kadang kala ada yang cepat.

“Saya tahu yang kau mau, tapi apa daya tangan tak sampai, memang dalam pengurusan masalah perizinan itu, bisa lama juga bisa cepat,” ujar Dikdik.

Lama, yang berarti persyaratannya yang belum terpenuhi, sehingga menghambat pemrosesan pembuatan izin PBG bagi masyarakat.

“Dengan sistem yang baru yaitu OSS, diharapkan bisa lebih cepat, hanya tidak semua masyarakat paham tentang hal ini,” terangnya.

Maka dari itu tambah Dikdik diadakannya sosialisasi tersebut, agar masyarakat akan lebih paham masalah OSS.

“Kalau ingin cepat pembuatan perizinan PBG, tapi persyaratan yang harus ditempuh yang sudah diatur berdasarkan undang-undang harus terpenuhi terlebih dahulu, In Syaa Allah masalah izin PBG akan dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat,” tukasnya.

Terkait masalah biaya, lanjut Dikdik, pengurusan masalah izin PBG itu gratis.

“Kalau sertifikat layak fungsi itu diluar kewenangan pemerintah, artinya masalah itu bisa dilakukan dengan pihak konsultan, kecuali untuk buat rumah tinggal gratis itu,” tandas Dikdik. (Bagdja)
