DEPOSTJABAR.COM (SOREANG).- Bupati Bandung H.M Dadang Supriatna kembali melakukan roadshow kegiatan Rempug Bedas pada tiga desa di Kecamatan Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung, Sabtu (7/1/2023).
Didampingi ketua TP PKK Kab. Bandung Hj. Emma Dety Supriatna beserta jajaran perangkat daerah Kab. Bandung, Bupati Dadang Supriatna menyambangi masyarakat di Desa Rancamanyar, Desa Malakasari dan Desa Bojongmalaka untuk bersilaturahmi dengan masyarakat disana.
“Ini dalam upaya ngawangun partisipasi, ngaguar aspirasi bari mere solusi pikeun ngaronjatkeun pangwangunan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bandung,” kata Bupati Bandung Dadang Supriatna.
Pada Rempug Bedas kali ini, Bupati Bandung mengatakan, dirinya mengagendakan selama beberapa bulan pelaksanaan Rembug Bedas untuk mengetahui berbagai kendala dan menampung aspirasi warga dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di tiap-tiap desa yang ia kunjungi.
“Kita akan berikan solusi dan kita arahkan dengan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki Pemkab Bandung melalui dinas maupun perusahaan yang ada di lingkungan Kabupaten Bandung,” kata Bupati Dadang Supriatna.
Bupati Bandung berharap, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung pada tahun 2023 ini melalui program unggulan yang ada, bisa menciptakan sebanyak 35.000 pengusaha baru.
“Kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Kabupaten Bandung,” ungkapnya.
Dadang Supriatna mengajak masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan program pinjaman dana bergulir tanpa bunga dan tanpa jaminan, dalam upaya menciptakan pengusaha baru.
“Masyarakat harus siap untuk bangkit,” katanya.
Menurutnya untuk mengembangkan usaha masyarakat, bisa ditunjang oleh pengembangan BUMDes yang ada di masing-masing desa. Ia menyebutkan, ada sejumlah BUMDes di beberapa besa yang omset nya sudah mencapai ratusan juta rupiah. Menurutnya BUMDes bisa memberdayakan masyarakat, terutama bagi warga yang belum bekerja.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Dadang Supriatna pun mendorong masyarakat yang masih menganggur untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan sesuai bidang keilmuan yang d disesuaikan dengan kompotensinya masing-masing.
“Masyarakat bisa datang ke BLK (Balai Latihan Kerja) milik Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kab. Bandung. Di BLK ada sarana prasarana untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan menjahit, tukang bangunan, perbengkelan, rias pengantin dan pelatihan belajar bahasa asing ketika hendak berangkat ke luar negeri menjadi tenaga kerja migran.” tuturnya.
Melalui langkah dan upaya itu, Dadang Supriatna berharap bisa menciptakan 35.000 pelaku usaha baru di Kabupaten Bandung. “Kita berharap, warga yang masih menganggur kedepannya menjadi pelaku usaha baru,” ujarnya.
Dalam hal peningkatan kapasitas SDM, Bupati Dadang Supriatna mengatakan, pendidikan dan kesehatan adalah hak dasar masyarakat. Sehingga dirinya berusaha untuk mendirikan bangunan SMP dan SMA baru serta RSUD yang saat ini sudah dibangun di Kecamatan Cimaung merencanakan pembangunan RSUD di Arjasari, Pacira dan Tegalluar.
Di bidang infrastruktur dasar, Bupati Bandung mengatakan target pelaksanaan program perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni (rutilahu) sebanyak 7000 rumah per tahunnya. Pada tahun 2021, Pemkab Bandung sudah merealisasikan 7.378 rumah dan tahun 2022 sebanyak 7.397 rumah.
Sebagai penutup sambutannya, Bupati Dadang Supriatna mengingatkan kepada khalayak yang hadir bahwa tegaknya suatu negara tidak terlepas dari empat faktor, pertama ilmunya para ulama, kedua adilnya para pemimpin, ketiga dermawannya para orang kaya (agnia) dan doanya fakir miskin. (Ali)
