Bupati Majalengka Serahkan SK 1.068 Tenaga PPPK Guru, Ini Rinciannya

DEPOSTJABAR.COM (MAJALENGKA).-Pemerintah Kabupaten ( Pemkab ) Majalengka melalui Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kab.Majalengka, kembali melantik dan menyerahkan SK PPPK Guru tahap ketiga Formasi tahun 2022. Pelantikan dipimpin langsung oleh Bupati Majalengka, di Lapang Tenis Setda Majalengka, Kamis (06/07/2023).

Dalam kegiatan tersebut Bupati Majalengka, Dr. H. Karna Sobahi,M.M.Pd., menyerahkan SK pengangkatan  kepada 1.068 Tenaga PPPK Guru Formasi Tahun 2022 yang telah lulus seleksi pada tahap ketiga baik kompetensi maupun administrasi serta dinyatakan memenuhi syarat setelah diverifikasi.

Sebelumnya  Pemkab Majalengka telah mengangkat guru PPPK yang lolos seleksi tahap pertama sejumlah 1.197, tahap kedua sejumlah 783 PPPK Guru sehingga kini total sebanyak 3.048  PPPK Guru yang dilantik dan diberikan SK oleh Bupati.

Dalam laporannya, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kab.Majalengka, Dr. H. Irfan Nuralam, S. H., M.H., menyampaikan, kegiatan Pelantikan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) tahap tiga di lingkungan Pemerintah Kab.Majalengka tengah sesuai dengan dasar hukum penyelenggaraan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bupati  Majalengka Nomor KP. 01/KEP.645 BKPSDM 2023  tanggal 5 Juli 2023 Tentang Pengangkatan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Guru Tahap III formasi tahun 2022 di lingkungan Pemkab Majalengka, adapun maksud dan tujuan kegiatan ini adalah pengambilan sumpah janji dan penyerahan petikan Keputusan Bupati Majalengka tentang pengangkatan PPPK.

Untuk tahapan seleksi PPPK guru tahap III  formasi tahun 2022 dengan metode Penempatan Prioritas dan metode Observasi dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 1.167 orang dan dinyatakan lulus sebanyak 1.075 orang, namun dari jumlah tersebut 8 orang tidak dinyatakan lulus syarat sehingga yang ditetapkan dan  mendapatkan Nomor Induk Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja ( NI PPPK) 1.067 calon PPPK Guru tahap III formasi tahun 2022  dan ditambah 1 calon PPPK Guru tahap II formasi tahun 2021 jadi total berjumlah 1.068 PPPK Guru yang akan di lantik hari ini.

Adapun Rekapitulasi dari jumlah PPPK Guru tahap III berdasarkan jabatan ada 12 yaitu, Ahli Pertama Guru Agama Islam sebanyak 375 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Bahasa Indonesia sebanyak 22 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Bahasa Inggris sebanyak 38 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Bimbingan Konseling sebanyak 2 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru IPA sebanyak 26 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru IPS sebanyak 11 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Kelas sebanyak 416 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Matematika sebanyak 35 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Penjasorkes sebanyak 127 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru PPKN sebanyak 7 orang, Ahli Pertama Guru Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan sebanyak 8 orang, dan Ahli Pertama Guru Seni Budaya sebanyak 1 orang.

“Adapun Tema atau Konsep yang diangkat pada pelantikan PPPK Guru Tahap III kali ini adalah Konsep Tematik sehingga pegawai PPPK Guru yang akan dilantik menggunakan kostum yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan jabatan guru yang di isi, misalnya Guru IPA dengan berpakaian Jas Laboratorium, Guru Agama Islam berpakaian Koko dan Peci bagi pria dan Gamis bagi wanita, Guru Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan Pakaian Adat, dengan berpakain khas para pegawai PPPK. Guru akan lebih mencintai pekerjaannya dan tentunya akan lebih semangat kerjanya,” tandas Kepala BKPSDM Majalengka.

Sementara itu dalam sambutan dan arahannya, Bupati Majalengka, Dr. H. Karna Sobahi,M.M.Pd., menyampaikan selamat kepada tenaga  PPPK yang  dilantik hari ini.

Hari ini, lanjut Karna,  merupakan puncak kenikmatan bagi kami atas nama Pemkab Majalengka, karena setelah melalui perjalanan panjang memperjuangkan PPPK Guru ini dengan penuh perjuangan dan berbagai dinamika dalam prosesnya akhirnya hari ini akan dilantik 1.068 PPPK Guru Tahap III, setelah sebelumnya tahap I dan II sebanyak kurang lebih hampir 2.200 peserta didalamnya ada PPPK Penyuluhan Pertanian sehingga total jumlah PPPK yang telah ter SK kan berjumlah 3.241 PPPK dengan anggaran menyentuh Rp. 152.507.473.000 (152 Miliar Rupiah lebih).

“Kami atas nama Pemkab Majalengka mengajak kepada para Calon PPPK yang hari ini dilantik untuk bersyukur atas raihan atau pencapaian yang telah diraih, kami pun tak lupa untuk berterimakasih kepada Ketua Dewan (DPRD) Kab.Majalengka beserta jajarannya atas persetujuannyalah kurang lebih dana sebesar 152 Miliar digelontorkan dari APBD Kab.Majalengka untuk menggaji para PPPK sampai dengan Tahap tiga  yang dilantik, ini artinya dengan sinergitas yang baik antara Pemda dan DPRD Kab.Majalengka dapat memberikan yang terbaik untuk mengangkat drajat hidup PPPK yang ada di Majalengka, oleh karena itu dengan perjalanan panjang yang penuh dinamika ini, saya mengajak kepada semuanya untuk bersyukur atas pencapaian ini,”ucap Bupati
