Uu Ruzhanul berharap jajaran pengurus Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Qur’an (LPTQ) provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dalam mencetak kader-kader unggul sehingga Jabar menjadi provinsi gudangnya para qori ,  hafiz, dan mufasir di Indonesia.

Ketua Umum LPTQ Jawa Barat Dedi Supandi mengatakan, pelaksanaan STQH diadakan setiap dua tahun sekali. Untuk tahun ini STQH XVIII mengambil tema “Mendorong Jawa Barat Sebagai Provinsi Terdepan dalam Pembangunan di Bidang Keagamaan” yang akan diikuti oleh 460 peserta, dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 7 – 13 Mei 2023.

“Seleksi peserta STQH dari kota/kabupaten se-Jawa Barat akan dikirim sebagai utusan Provinsi Jabar ke STQH tingkat nasional tahun 2023 di Provinsi Jambi,” ujar Dedi.

Sementara itu Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Jabar Ajam Mustajam menuturkan, pelaksanaan STQH dimaksudkan untuk mengukur pemahaman terhadap Al-QUr’an dan hadis sehingga generasi muda saat ini bukan saja menguasai pendidikan formal, melainkan juga akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dalam bidang keagamaan.

“Maka saya berpesan, peserta STQH tak hanya bersemangat untuk berkompetensi, tapi juga antusias untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan hadis di masyarakat,” ungkap Ajam. (RA)
