DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).- Anggota DPRD Kota Cimahi dari Fraksi PDI-Perjuangan  (PDI-P) dan Ketua PAC PDI-P Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah, Iwan Setiawan menegaskan, pihaknya siap mematuhi aturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Mahkamha Konstitusi (MK) mengenai Sistem Pemilu 2024.

“Sebagaimana Keputusan MK sudah selesai, bahwa yang terbaik adalah pemilu Porposional Terbuka,” ujar Iwan Setiawan saat dikonfirmasi terkait keputusan MK masalah keputusannya Pemilu Porposional Terbuka, Rabu (12/7/2023).

Diakui Iwan,  awalnya fenomena PDI-P ingin adanya pemilu Porposional Tertutup,. “Karena kami ingin dilakukan pemilu tertutup itu, maksudnya yang duduk di jabatan-jabatan itu benar-benar orang yang sudah teruji, di partai atau di masyarakat,” terangnya.

Maka dari itulah waktu belum ada keputusan MK PDI-P ingin dilaksanakan pemilu tertutup tersebut.

“Tapi kalau keputusan MK yang terbaik pemilu terbuka untuk hari ini, ya kita harus mematuhinya, hanya kedepannya dapat mengadopsi kedua tujuan tersebut untuk demokrasi Indonesia,” papar Iwan.

Namun Iwan juga menegaskan untung dan ruginya bila pemilu tertutup berdasarkan nomor urut yang ditentukan, karena hal tersebut menjadi ramai pembicaraan bagi Bacaleg.

“Kalau di kami ada PP 25 tentang AD ART Partai PDI-P, disitu sudah jelas nomor urut itu berdasarkan pengabdian dan struktural,” imbuhnya.

Jadi lanjut Iwan, karena di PDI-P sudah ada PPnya maka Bacaleg dari PDI-P sudah siap mau terbuka maupun tertutup sekalipun,

“Contohnya saya sebagai ketua PAC sudah pasti akan nomor urut 1, tetapi kalau ada KSB DPC yang mencalonkan di dapil saya, itu akan saya turunkan ke nomor 2,” tegasnya.

Jadi di Partai PDI-P dengan adanya pemilu terbuka maupun tertutup kadernya sudah siap, bahkan soliditasnya terhadap Bacaleg yang tidak menangpun akan dibantu secara moril maupun materil.

“Yang jelas untuk kemenangan partai, tapi dengan adanya keputusan MK saat ini pemilu terbuka, kitapun siap patsun dan patuh terhadap keputusan MK yang terbaik buat masyarakat Indonesia,” tandas Iwan. (Bagdja)
