Pemkot Cimahi Berikan Insentif untuk 330 Guru Ngaji

DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).- Penjabat (PJ)  Walikota Cimahi, Dikdik Suratno Nugrahawan, dalam pembinaan guru ngaji, telah memberikan insentif  kepada 330 ustadz dan ustadzah, di Gedung Dakwah Mesjid Agung Kota Cimahi, Rabu (31/05/2023).

Acara tersebut selain dihadiri oleh Dikdik, hadir pula Ketua Baznas Kota Cimahi, Ketua MUI Kota Cimahi, ustadz dan ustadzah.

Disamping itu, Dikdik juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para guru ngaji yang sudah mengabdikan diri selama ini untuk membina dan  membimbing mengajarkan anak-anak kita agar paham  dan bisa membaca Alquran.

“Keberadaan para ustad dan ustazah ini bisa mendekatkan anak-anak kita kepada nilai-nilai religius mudah-mudahan bisa menjadi bekal bagi anak-anak kita untuk menjadi manusia yang bijak, yang mampu memilah dan memilih  mana yang baik mana yang buruk,” ucap Dikdik.

Diapun menyampaikan pula,  pembangunan di kota  Cimahi lebih kepada pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia, (SDM). “Kita berharap setiap insan yang ada di kota Cimahi menjadi insan yang lebih unggul, salah satu ciri keunggulan seorang manusia yaitu dilihat dari kemampuannya di dalam mengamalkan nilai-nilai religius memperlihatkan sebagai pribadi yang beriman dan bertakwa,” harap dia.

Disisi lain, lanjut Dikdik, pembinaan kepada guru ngaji, dengan memberikan bantuan kepada guru ngaji, merupakan pemberian tersebut dari Baznas.

“Pertemuan ini mudah-mudahan ada keterikatan antara guru ngaji, dengan stakeholder, Baznas, pemerintah kota, sehingga bisa bersinergi untuk membangun masyarakat Cimahi lebih baik yang bisa mendekatkan dirinya kepada nilai-nilai religius dan membawa kebaikan untuk kota Cimahi,” harapnya.

Didik juga mengatakan terkait insentif para guru ngaji yang diberikan pemerintah kota, sampai saat ini belum ada perubahan namun kedepannya akan ada evaluasi kembali jika memungkinkan ada pertimbangan lain, mudah-mudahan bisa memberikan kabar yang bahagia untuk para guru-guru ngaji,

“Harapan saya para guru dan ngaji ini menjadi bagian yang strategis dalam upaya kita mewujudkan sumberdaya manusia Cimahi yang unggul yang bercirikan untuk memahami pada nilai-nilai religius dan lebih bertakwa kepada Alloh SWT,” tutupnya.  (Bagdja)
