DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).- Komisi I DPRD Kota Cimahi menggelar rapat koordinasi bersama Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN)  Kota Cimahi, Kasat Narkoba Polres Cimahi, Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cimahi, dan Dandim 0609 Kota Cimahi, membahas maraknya penjualan obat-obatan terlarang jenis G di Kota Cimahi, Rabu (15/3/2023).

Rapat kordinasi tersebut dipimpin Iwan Setiawan, karena Ketua Komisi I Hendra Saputra berhalangan hadir, bersama Yulianawati, Oneng Aminah, dan Edi Sofyan. Dari BNN Kota Cimahi hadir  Kepala BNN Kota Cimahi, Letkol CPM Yulius Amra S.H, anggota Lulyana Ramdani yang akrab di panggil Bang Wawan, Kepala Satuan Narkoba (Kasat) Narkoba, AKP Kusnawan, perwakilan dari Kodim 0609/Danramil 0908/ Cimahi Tengah Mayor ARM. Momon Sudirman, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Cimahi, Dr. Mulyati, S.Kep Ners, M.kes, dan Sekretaris Dinkes dr Reri Marlia, di ruang Komisi I DPRD Kota Cimahi, Jalan Hj Djulaeha Karmita nomor 5 Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah, Rabu (15/3/2023).

Menurut Iwan, alasan diadakan pertemuan dengan pihak terkait yaitu BNNK, Dinkes, Polres dan Koramil yaitu mengenai maraknya peredaran obat-obatan terlarang jenis G yang mudah di perjualbelikan merambah sampai kesekolah-sekolah, SD, SMP dan SMA/SMK.

“Sebenarnya kami sudah sepakat stakeholder yang ada di Cimahi ini, seperti kami wakil rakyat, Dandim, Polres, dari BNNK, sepakat bahwa hari ini harus kita perangi yang namanya Narkoba,” terang Iwan.

Memang tadi disinggung ada permasalahan dalam masalah undang-undang. “Ayo kita bereskan kalau perlu kita pertajam lagi undang-undangnya, dalam Perda tahun 2021 Nomor 10 hanya berbunyi masalah narkotika saja,” katanya.

“Nanti kita akan usulkan ke teman-teman Bapemperda, supaya bisa mencakup semuanya dalam perdanya,” ucap Iwan kembali.

Bahkan sambung Iwan menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya telah sepakat dengan Polres Cimahi, BNNK, Dandim 0609, akan melawan peredaran narkoba secara masif.

Bahkan dengan keberhasilannya Kepala BNNK Kota Cimahi yang berhasil menggerebek pengedar Obat-obatan terlarang jenis G di Cibabat, pihak Komisi I sangat mendukung sekali dan memberikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya atas keberhasilan tersebut,

“Bahkan saya sudah berkoordinasi dengan Kepala BNNK Kota Cimahi, kalau beliau membutuhkan kami terjun kelapangan pun kami siap untuk membantunya,” tegas Iwan.

Bahkan lanjut Iwan dari pihak Kasat Narkobapun siap akan berkoordinasi dengan komisi I.

Begitu pula, menurut Kepala BNNK Cimahi,  Yulius Amra,  pihaknya akan membantu aparat kepolisian dari Polres Cimahi, dalam pemberantasan narkoba yang marak di Cimahi,

“Kita akan melakukan kegiatan secara masif, memberantas tentang obat-obatan ini, karena memang kewenangannya ada di Polres,”jelas Yulius.

Karena berdasarkan Perda Nomor 10 tahun 2021 hanya mengacu masalah narkotika, sedangkan obat-obatannya tidak tercantum dalam perda tersebut.

“Nanti regulasinya adalah antar dewan dan eksekutif, dan mencakup keseluruhan, nanti secara masif bersama-sama seluruhnya aparat dengan polres, dengan kodim, Satpol PP, kita bersama-sama untuk memberantas itu, paling tidak kita akan menurunkan peredaran dan pengguna narkoba di Cimahi,” tegas Yulius.

Bahkan BNNK Cimahi bersama Dinas pendidikan, polres, Kodim dan anggota dewan komisi I, untuk terjun bersosialisasi kesekolah-sekolah bahayanya narkoba tersebut.

“Agar anak-anak sekolah tidak terkena penyalahgunaan narkotika, karena memang merupakan sasaran empuk bagi para pengedar narkotika, kalau BNNK sudah melaksanakan penyuluhan-penyuluhan ke sekolah-sekolah,” paparnya.

Hal yang sama diungkapkan oKasat Narkoba Polres Cimahi Kusnawan. Menurut dia, terjadinya penangkapan pengedar obat-obatan terlarang oleh BNNK sangat bagus. “itu merupakan upaya untuk penegakan hukum yang peduli tentang keamanan dan keselamatan dari masyarakat,” jelas Kusnawan.

Bahkan secara tegas, kata Kusnawan, pihaknya dari polres tetap akan melakukan pemberantasan dan penegakan hukum sesuai apa yang menjadi harapan dari komisi I DPRD Kota Cimahi.

“Kami telah melaksanakan rapat koordinasi, mungkin saat ini, ke depan dan seterusnya kita akan melakukan penekanan peredaran gelar narkoba, kemudian penyaluran dari penyalah guna sebagai korban pecandu yang sekaligus harus kita selamatkan ketempat rehabilitasi,” tegasnya.

Disamping itu harapan dari Kusnawan, bahwa pegerakan pemberantasan narkoba yang dilakukan oleh aparat terkait, bila tidak dibantu oleh peran masyarakat, hasilnya juga akan percuma.

“Disini peran masyarakat juga sangat diperlukan untuk membongkar jaringan-jaringan pengedar narkoba dan obat-obatan terlarang, bila masyarakat tahu ada transaksi narkoba dan obat-obatan terlarang, dapat menginformasikan kepada pihak berwajib atau aparat terkait, seperti BNNK, Kodim, Satpol-PP,” tandasnya.
