Bahan:
- 1 ikat asparagus
- 50 gram daging ayam
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt saus tiram
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt lada bubuk
- minyak secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Cuci bersih asparagus, potong-potong agak pendek. Rebus sebentar hingga setengah empuk, tiriskan.
- Potong-potong daging ayam, cincang bawang putih, sisihkan.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga matang mulai kecokelatan atau harum.
- Masukkan ayam, tumis hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan sedikit air untuk membantu memasak ayam lebih menyeluruh.
- Masukkan asparagus, garam, saus tiram dan lada bubuk. Aduk rata. Tes rasa, jika sudah pas, angkat.
