Bertempat di President University Convention Center, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jumat (21/10/2022), Gubernur Ridwan Kamil menjadi pembicara dalam sebuah forum Synergy Ngopi (Ngobrol Properti).

Mengambil tema ‘Koridor Jakarta – Bandung sebagai Silicon Valley Indonesia’, Synergy Ngopi  dihadiri 20 pengembang wilayah (developer) di koridor Jakarta – Bandung.

Menurut Ridwan Kamil, sinergi bersama dalam menumbuhkan wilayah strategis akan memicu pertumbuhan ekonomi di segala sektor dengan cara yang inovatif dan hasil yang berkelas dunia.

“Kuncinya harus kompak. Kemudian kalau kompak nanti kan jelas kebutuhannya apa, aspirasinya apa, terus menjadi sebuah ekonomi baru sehingga orang betah tinggal di koridor ini,” ujar Ridwan Kamil.

Menurut Ridwan Kamil, Silicon Valley Indonesia bisa menerapkan konsep ‘Life Work and Play’ dengan memadukan perkantoran, perumahan, dan tempat rekreasi. Sehingga orang tak perlu pulang – pergi Jakarta – Bandung untuk menjalankan hidupnya. Dengan konsep ini diharapkan akan memberikan kehidupan menyenangkan dan membahagiakan bagi penghuni kawasan.
