DEPOSTJABAR.COM (KAB.BOGOR),- Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Bogor Bayu Ramawanto didampingi Kepala Bidang Pengelolaan Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik (PIKP), mewakili Plt Bupati Bogor Iwan Setiawan menerima penghargaan.

Iwan mendapat penghargaan Kategori Pupuhu Pangaping dalam kegiatan malam Anugerah Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia Jawa Barat tahun 2023, pada puncak peringatan Hari Pers Nasional (HPN) tingkat Jawa Barat tahun 2023, yang berlangsung di Hotel Mercure, Kabupaten Karawang, Sabtu (20/5/2023).

Dengan mengusung tema Bunga Tarum, rangkaian kegiatan turut memeriahkan puncak perayaan HPN tingkat Jawa Barat tahun 2023. Antara lain, gelar seni napak jagat tarumanagara dan bazzar UMKM. Hingga malam penganugerahan dan penghargaan kepada sejumlah tokoh dan pejabat serta ditutup dengan kegiatan city tour.

Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil secara virtual menegaskan, di hari puncak peringatan Hari Pers Nasional tingkat Jawa Barat ini selain menjadi ajang bagi orang-orang untuk melangkah maju, membangun, menangkap peluang yang ada.

Kang Emil –sapaan Ridwan Kamil– berharap jurnalisme tetap pada jati dirinya yaitu menjalankan peran memberikan informasi, mendidik, menghibur dan melakukan kontrol sosial.

“Jadilah insan pers yang jujur ​​bertanggung jawab dan sinergi bersama-sama memajukan pers Jawa barat, sehingga dapat berkontribusi besar dalam kemajuan Jawa Barat dan kemajuan Indonesia,” kata Kang Emil.

Ketua PWI Pusat Atal S Depari menjelaskan, perlu diketahui bahwa pers saat ini dibayangi rasa was-was, karena satu kesatuan media mengalami padam.
