DEPOSTJABAR.COM (BANDUNG ).- Masa bakti Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil dan Wakil Gubernur Uu Ruzhanul Ulum akan berakhir pada tanggal 5 September 2023.

Maka sesuai ketentuan berlaku, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Jabar mengumumkan pengusulan pemberhentian Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jabar masa jabatan 2018-2023, pada rapat paripurna, Selasa (1/8/2023).

Berita acara tentang pengusulan pemberhentian tersebut kemudian ditandatangani oleh pimpinan DPRD dan Ridwan Kamil serta Uu Ruzhanul Ulum. Tahap selanjutnya, berita acara tersebut akan diserahkan kepada Kementerian Dalam Negeri.

Ditemui usai rapat paripurna, Gubernur Ridwan Kamil mengatakan, pengumuman itu merupakan tahapan administrasi yang harus dilalui sebelum mengakhiri jabatan. Terhitung 34 hari lagi jabatannya akan berakhir.

“Tidak terasa sudah 5 tahun dari 5 September 2018 sampai 5 September 2023. Masih ada sebulan kerja-kerja yang harus kami lakukan,” ucapnya.
Kang Emil, sapaan akrabnya menyebut, dalam sebulan kedepan ada beberapa agenda penting yang akan dilakukannya. Antara lain peresmian monumen Kujang Sepasang di Sumedang, persemian Situ Bagendit Garut, hingga peresmian operasional kereta cepat Jakarta Bandung bersama Presiden Joko Widodo.

“Dan kerja-kerja lainnya yang masih menjadi semangat kami di sisa 4 minggu terakhir,” kata Kang Emil.

Kepada masyarakat Jabar, Kang Emil mengucapkan permohonan maafnya bila masih ada pembangunan yang belum maksimal. Bersama jajarannya, ia mengatakan sudah berkerja keras menjadi pemimpin amanah yang membawa aspirasi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

“Kepada masyarakat Jabar kami mohon maaf lahir batin kalau selama 5 tahun ada kekurangan. Kami sudah bekerja keras,” ujarnya.

Hingga saat ini era kepemimpinan Kang Emil sudah meraih 541 penghargaan yang menandakan ada 541 perubahan di berbagai bidang.

“Silakan dimonitor sebelum dan sesudahnya terjadi perubahan yang signifikan,” sebut Kang Emil.

Pencapaian yang paling dibanggakan menurutnya adalah keberhasilan menghilangkan desa miskin dari seribuan lebih menjadi nol desa miskin selama 4 tahun. Kemudian reformasi birokrasi di Pemda Provinsi Jabar menjadi yang terbaik se-Indonesia.

“Lain-lain di 540-an itu tapi dua terbesarnya itu dan juga menjaga ekonomi Jabar terbaik. Kalau infrastruktur Tol Cisumdawu yang 12 tahun menunggu selesai di era kami, kereta cepat juga Bandara Kertajati yang sudah bisa aktif,” tuturnya.

Kepada Penjabat Gubernur Jabar yang akan memimpin setahun lebih kedepan, Kang Emil berharap bisa melanjutkan apa yang sudah ia reformasi. Menurutnya semua dimensi pembangunan sudah ditentukan dan tidak perlu lagi ada konsep baru.

“Pj Gubernur Jabar tinggal melanjutkan saja apa yang sudah kami reformasi. Yang penting menjaga saja prestasi supaya hasil 5 tahun ini terjaga dalam waktu setahun lebih menjadi Penjabat,” ujar Kang Emil.

Ia optimistis para pejabat dan ASN Pemda Provinsi Jabar sudah punya semangat siapapun Penjabat Gubernurnya nanti. Mereka akan tetap memiliki standard kerja seperti pada saat Kang Emil memimpin.

“Siapapun pemimpinnya nanti tidak akan ada penurunan, semua sudah sangat profesional,” ucap Kang Emil. (Her)
