DEPOSTJABAR.COM (TASIKMALAYA).- Rumah Sakit Jasa Kartini  (RS JK) Tasikmalaya terus berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Di ulang tahunnya ke 26 tahun, tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan di RS swasta tersebut terus meningkat, karena terbukti dengan diraihnya sejumlah penghargaan, baik dari Pemerintah Kota Tasikmalaya, BPJS Kesehatan dan lembaga lainnya.

Hal itu diungkapkan Direktur Rumah Sakit Jasa Kartini Tasikmalaya, dr H Rudy Surady Sp.N, saat menggelar konferensi pers, di aula Graha Jasa Kartini, Kamis (09/3/2023).

Kedepan, Rumah sakit Jasa Kartini akan melakukan pengembangan dan melengkapi fasilitas layanan kesehatan untuk memudahkan pasien berobat ke Jasa Kartini.

“Karena Ini sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat dan kami mohon doanya agar bisa menjadi RS terlengkap dari sisi pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan,” tutur Rudy.  

“Selain itu, mudah mudahan kami bisa mempertahankan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan, hal itu terbukti dengan beberapa penghargaan yang kami raih, baik dari Pemkot Tasik, BPJS Kesehatan, juga instansi lainnya,” ucap dr Rudy.

Sementara itu, Direktur PT Karsa Abdi Husada, H Cecep Hendra, MBA  berharap, Rumah Sakit Jasa Kartini, bisa menjadi rumah sakit yang bermanfaat dan berkah bagi masyarakat. Sejak awal berdiri, pihaknya tidak pernah menerapkan sistem deposit atau uang muka.

Meski hal tersebut dianggap aneh, namun terbukti RS Jasa Kartini bisa bertahan hingga saat ini.

Ia menyebut, banyaknya rumah sakit baru di Kota Tasik, jadi pemicu dan motivasi pihaknya berlomba dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.

Ia mengaku sangat bersyukur, upayanya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat berbuah positif, dengan diraihnya sejumlah penghargaan dari Pemerintah Kota Tasikmalaya dan penghargaan dari BPJS Kesehatan peringkat kesatu RS dengan pelayanan JKN KIS terbaik.
