Oleh karenanya, Iwan Bule, panggilan akrab untuk Mochamad Iriawan berharap para pemain bisa bekerja lebih keras lagi dibandingkan saat melakoni leg 1 Semifinal Piala AFF 2022 SUGBK, Jakarta, Jumat.

Sehingga nantinya timnas Indonesia bisa memastikan tiket final Piala AFF 2022. Entah itu, melawan Thailand ataupun Malaysia.

Sekali lagi, mantan Kapolda Metro Jaya itu tegaskan tim asuhan Shin Tae-yong harus menang di Hanoi, agar bisa dapat tiket final. Untuk itulah, Mochamad Iriawan juga meminta agar masyarakat Indonesia mendoakan skuad Garuda, supaya bisa menang di Vietnam dan dapat tiket final.

“Harus menang atau minimal seri 1-1 untuk lolos ke final,” ujar Mochamad Iriawan sebagaimana dilansir dari laman resmi PSSI. “Mohon doa dan dukungannya,” ucapnya.

Demi mewujudkan hasil terbaik itu, PSSI juga memberikan fasilitas memadai untuk tim Merah Putih.

PSSI sejak awal gelaran Piala AFF sudah mencarter pesawat demi memberikan kenyamanan para pemain dan tim pelatih. Dengan diberikannya fasilitas bagus ini, Iwan Bule berharap para pemain bisa fokus fight.

“PSSI pasti memberikan yang terbaik untuk kepentingan timnas Indonesia. Saya ingin pemain punya waktu istirahat dan demi efisiensi waktu,” tuturnya.

Bagi skuad Garuda kesempatan lolos ke babak selanjutnya semakin terbuka dengan memanfaatkan aturan gol tandang. Hal ini berarti jika pertandingan berakhir imbang tapi tercipta gol maka timnas Indonesia dipastikan lolos ke babak final.

Pesawat Carteran
