DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIMAHI).-Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (Bappelitbangda) Kota Cimahi,  menyelenggarakan Forum Satu Data Kota Cimahi yang dihadiri Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Cimahi, Perwakilan dari kabupaten/kota area Bandung Raya 

Satu Data Indonesia adalah kebijakan tata kelola data pemerintah untuk menghasilkan data yang akurat, mutakhir, terpadu, serta bisa dipertanggungjawabkan,  untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Satu Data Indonesia memiliki 4 (empat) prinsip dasar yaitu: 

1) Satu Standar Data,

2) Satu Metadata Baku,

3) Interoperabilitas Data dan

4) Referensi Data. 

Untuk mewujudkan Satu Data Indonesia tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya sebuah komitmen bersama untuk penyelenggaraan Satu Data Indonesia di Tingkat Daerah.

Dalam rangka implementasi Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 39 Tahun 2019 Tentang Satu Data Indonesia tesebut, dan meningkatkan tata kelola data dalam kerangka Satu Data Indonesia untuk menghadapi masalah serta untuk mewujudkan  keterbukaan dan transparansi data yang menjadi basis perencanaan dan perumusan kebijakan pembangunan, dan para pejabat/staf yang menangani urusan data perangkat daerah di Hotel Holiday Inn, Pasteur, Kota Bandung. 

Pj. Wali Kota Cimahi Dikdik S. Nugrahawan yang hadir membuka kegiatan Forum Satu Data Kota Cimahi menyampaikan dalam sambutannya mengenai pentingnya data yang reliabel dalam agenda perencanaan pembangunan, tidak atau mengurangi risiko timbulnya inefisiensi atau pemborosan sumber daya yang tidak tepat sasaran.

Hal ini tentu bergantung pada kualitas data yang dijadikan dasar pengambilan kebijakan dan pelaksanaan program.

Data yang berkualitas akan menghasilkan pembangunan yang berkualitas. Data dan bagaimana pengembangannya itu seperti sebuah siklus. Jadi data berkembang, menghasilkan data yang terkoreksi dan terbarukan, diaplikasikan, diperbarui lagi.

“Dilaksanakannya forum satu data untuk memperkuat koordinasi pembina data, walidata, dan produsen data. Saya berharap dalam kegiatan ini  penyelenggaraan tata kelola data yang dihasilkan dapat mendukung perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pengendalian pembangunan dapat terwujud dengan baik sehingga dapat memberikan masukan yang baik dan akurat bagi perencanaan pembangunan,” terangnya.

Dikdik juga menegaskan pentingnya data lewat kutipan “Bad Data Bad Decision, Good Data Good Decision, No Data No Decision”. Jelasnya.

Sementara Kepala Bappelitbangda Kota Cimahi Adet Chandra Purnama mengatakan bahwa maksud dan tujuan diadakannya Forum Satu Data ini  adalah sebagai 1) wadah komunikasi dan koordinasi untuk penyelenggaraan satu data,

2) memberikan acuan pelaksanaan dan pedoman dalam rangka penyelenggaraan tata kelola data untuk mendukung perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengendalian pembangunan,

3) mewujudkan ketersediaan data yang akurat, mutakhir, terpadu, dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, serta mudah diakses dan dibagipakaikan sebagai dasar perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengendalian pembangunan; dan

4) mendorong keterbukaan dan transparansi data sehingga tercipta perencanaan dan perumusan kebijakan pembangunan yang berbasis pada data.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut dilakukan penandatanganan Berita Acara kesepakatan Forum Satu Data tahun 2022 sebagai bentuk komitmen seluruh Perangkat Daerah untuk mendukung Satu Data Kota Cimahi. Pada berita acara tersebut dilampirkan daftar data sebanyak 1.900 jumlah data di perangkat daerah dan 263 data di instansi lainnya.

Turut hadir sebagai narasumber Wahyu Andrianto, M.S.I.S dari Bappenas, Jiwa Muhamad Satria Nusantara, S.Ip., M.A. dari Kemendagri, Depi Saputro, S.Kom dari Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Barat, dan Ida Ningrum S.Si, M.Pd dari Diskominfo Provinsi Jawa Barat.  (Bagdja)
