DEPOSTJABAR.COM (CIAMIS).- Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Ciamis meringkus pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur dan pelaku berinisial AN (48) warga Kabupaten Ciamis ini kini mendekam di sel besi Polres Ciamis.

Kapolres Ciamis, AKBP Tony Prasetyo Yudhangkoro, dalam konfrensi persnya menyampaikan, pelaku berhasil diamankan dikediamannya dan tidak melakukan perlawanan.

Kasus tersebut berhasil terungkap atas laporan seorang ibu yang mulai curiga dengan anaknya tidak haid. Setelah ditanya berulang-ulang sang anak akhirnya mengaku dan memberitahu kepada ibunya bahwa dirinya telah dicabuli ayah tirinya. 

“Ibunya mengetahui anaknya telah dicabuli lantaran curiga dengan kondisi anak yang mana sudah waktunya datang bulan tetapi belum, kemudian saat ditanya, korban atau si anak menyebutkan bahwa telah dicabuli oleh ayah tirinya,” ujar Kapolres Ciamis AKBP Tony Prasetyo Yudhangkoro, didampingi Wakapolres Ciamis Kompol Apri Rahman, Kasat Reskrim Polres Ciamis AKP Muhammad Firmansyah dan Kasi Humas Polres Ciamis Iptu Magdalena NEB dalam konferensi pers, di Mako Polres Ciamis, Kabupaten Ciamis, Kamis (29/12/2022).

Sementara itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Ciamis menuturkan, pelaku AN merupakan ayah tiri yang telah menikahi ibunya selama 12 tahun dan modus yang dilakukan pelaku dengan cara mengiming-imingi korban berupa uang jajan lebih.

“Tindakan pencabulan ini di lakukan pelaku sejak Juli hingga Desember 2022 dan pelaku melakukan tindakan itu sebanyak 15 kali dan diketahui korban saat ini sedang hamil satu bulan,” kata AKP Muhammad Firmansyah.

“Pelaku melakukan aksinya dirumahnya, ketika si Ibu sedang tidak berada dirumah. Ibu dari anak itu sehari-hari bekerja sebagai pedagang,” kata Kasat Reskrim.

Atas perbuatan, AN dikenakan Pasal 81 Ayat (2) dan/atau 82 Ayat (1) Undang Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang penetapan peraturan pemerintah pengganti Undang Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua Undang Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak. Pelaku diancam dengan hukuman penjara paling lama 15 tahun.
