DEPOSTJABAR.COM (TASIKMALAYA).- Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Tasikmalaya mengamankan seorang pria berinisial AN (32) warga Kecamatan Pancatengah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dan seorang wanita berinisial RA (33) warga Kecamatan Purwasari Kabupaten Karawang.

Keduanya diamankan Polisi, Selasa (25/ 07/2023) di sebuah tempat kos di Kampung Salamnunggal Kelurahan Parakannyasag Kecamatan Indihiang Kota Tasikmalaya

Kasat Narkoba AKP Ikhwan kepada DEPOSTJABAR.COM mengungkapkan, dari kedua tersangka Polisi mengamanakan 45 gram sabu dan 100 gram ganja kering.

“Kami amankan dua pelaku dengan barang bukti sabu sabu sebanyak 45 gram dan ganja kering 100 gram,” ungkapnya, Senin (31/07/2023).

Ia menjelaskan, awal dari penangkapan kedua pelaku, saat Tim Patroli Maung Galunggung merazia lokasi  penyimpanan minuman keras (miras) jenis tuak, dilokasi yang sama didapati seorang pria dan 2 wanita sedang di dalam tempat kos.

“Saat didekati petugas, AN sempat kabur. Namun Tim Sat Samapta berhasil mengamankan pelaku, kemudian dilakukan penggeledahan badan, dan didapati paket sabu dan ganja,” jelasnya

Kemudian, Jajaran Sat Samapta melakukan kordinasi dengan  anggota Sat Narkoba  untuk melakukan pengembangan dan penggeledahan, dan di kamar kos tersebut diamankan, beberapa paket sabu dan paket ganja siap edar, alat hisap (bong), 5 buah timbangan digital, lakban serta barang bukti lainnya.

“Dari keterangan para tersangka, mereka mendapatkan barang haram tersebut membelinya secara online melalui medsos,” tuturnya

Ia menambahkan, karena menguasai, memiliki, menyimpan san menjadi perantara Narkotika jenis sabu dan ganja, para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 111 ayat 1 jo pasal 112 ayat 2 jo pasal 124 ayat 2 jo pasal 132 ayat 1 UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika.
